What You'll Be Doing:
- Resolving basic to complex support issues for customer inquiries received via omni-channel support (emails, live chat, and calls);
- Becoming a product expert and providing documentation updates to our knowledge base;
- Ensuring customers' satisfaction;
- Communicating with developers from various IT-companies.
All you need is:
- Fluent English (flawless command both written and verbal; B2 is a minimum);
- Analytical & Research Skills;
- Customer oriented and responsible attitude (customer service in your DNA :)
Will be a great plus:
- Experience with CRM systems
- Technical background
- Experience with native speakers
- Fluent 2nd language (French, Spanish, German or any other language you master)
